I am originally from Manchester but now live in Stoke-on-Trent. My images are the result of my wanderings with my camera. Sometimes, I set out to capture specific species or work on small projects. Other times, I wander without a plan and capture pictures I might have otherwise missed without my camera.

All wildlife is photographed with the minimal disruption. A Range of photographic equipment, field craft and other non-invasive techniques are used to keep the image as natural as possible and minimum stress to the subject of the image or its surroundings. 

Any exotic or non native species featured is usually captive-bred (unless stated) and images are taken in rescue centres, zoos, wildlife parks, and also via reputable businesses or charities. 

All images are taken with a DSLR camera , phone , tablet (basically whatever I have to hand )

As with any image, sometimes they need a little TLC. I always use any editing software as use s little as possible and keep any image as close as I can to the original  in camera Image. I would rather delete something than manipulate it to create an unrecognisable image.
